Nominating your pharmacy

When you request a prescription, we can send it to a pharmacy of your choice, called a nomination.
Once nominated:
  • You won’t need to collect paper prescriptions from your GP surgery
  • The pharmacy you choose will receive prescriptions until you change your nomination
You can nominate a pharmacy through the NHS App or by speaking with a member of our reception team. These pharmacies allow in-person collection and may also offer home delivery. More information on pharmacy nominations can be found here. Removing a nominated pharmacy
To remove your nominated pharmacy and collect your prescriptions in person you will need to contact your GP surgery and ask them to remove your nominated pharmacy for you.
